This April, Andy Long will take on the legendary Marathon des Sables — a 268km ultramarathon across the Moroccan desert, widely regarded as one of the toughest footraces on Earth.

Through extreme heat, sand dunes and total self-sufficiency, Andy will carry a Challenging MND flag every step of the way.
